Who We Are

Hi, Johnny Jung here. I started working in this industry straight out of high school. Back then, I was working with my dad, who believed strongly in learning by doing. So, as you can imagine, I did everything. Removing insulation. Framing houses. Finishing interiors. Painting. Laying river rocks. You name it. But of all the things my father taught me about this job the most important is this: If you’re going to do something by hand, you have to have the patience to do it well.

I launched my own company, Aqua Homes, in 2001. I still favour the hands-on approach, which is why I get to know my clients, and personally walk them through every step of the home building and renovation process. I work alongside a small core team and a trusted network of contractors who understand, like I do, that a home is probably one of the biggest investment you’re going to make in your life. And for that reason, we’re ready to go the extra mile to get it right.
